• Postal Address
• Telephone Number
• Contact Consent

Because we will need to see some proof of identity, you will still need to contact us to update surnames and forenames.

If you registered with us before we automatically set up accounts, please contact us so that we can provide you with access.

EXTENDING OR RE-ACTIVATING A SELF-EXCLUSION

You will also be able to extend your self-exclusion and re-activate a previous exclusion quickly and easily via your account. Don’t worry – your exclusion doesn’t automatically expire at the end of your chosen minimum period.
